1 room apartment of 72m² in Berlin

English: We’re renting out our top-floor apartment from June to the end of August (with flexible start and end dates). It’s a cozy, bright, and modern home, perfect for a couple, a solo professional, or anyone looking for a comfortable place to stay in the city. As this is our main apartment, we’re looking for respectful people who will take good care of the space (and the plants!). There will be some of our belongings here, but we’ll make sure you have plenty of room to settle in. ⚠️ Please note: the apartment is on the 5th floor and there is no elevator German: Wir vermieten unsere Dachgeschosswohnung von Januar bis Ende März (mit flexiblen Ein- und Auszugszeiten). Es handelt sich um eine gemütliche, helle und moderne Wohnung, die sich perfekt für Paare, Alleinstehende oder alle eignet, die diesen Winter eine komfortable Unterkunft in der Stadt suchen. Da es sich um unsere Hauptwohnung handelt, suchen wir respektvolle Menschen, die gut auf die Räumlichkeiten (und die Pflanzen!) achten. Einige unserer Habseligkeiten werden noch hier sein, aber wir sorgen dafür, dass Sie genügend Platz haben, um sich einzurichten. ⚠️ Bitte beachten Sie: Die Wohnung befindet sich im 5.
