English: Bright, Central Apartment Near Alexanderplatz This centrally located apartment is just a short distance from Alexanderplatz, with vibrant neighborhoods such as Rosenthaler Platz, Prenzlauer Berg, and Friedrichshain nearby. The apartment is on the 5th floor (please note: no elevator) and is ideal for two adults. A comfortable sofa bed in the living room also makes it suitable for one or two children. The home is filled with natural light thanks to large, nearly floor-to-ceiling windows in both the bedroom and living room, which can be opened fully for fresh air and sunshine. The atmosphere is bright, welcoming, and airy. Friendly and considerate neighbors make this a pleasant and inviting place to stay. German: Sehr zentral gelegene Berliner Wohnung nahe Alexanderplatz. Der Kiez vom Rosenthalter Platz, vom Prenzlauer Berg und Friedichshain sind sehr nahe. Von hieraus seid ihr überall in maximal einer halben Stunde. Die Wohnung liegt im 4. Stock, mit Blick auf die historischen Stalinbauten der Karl-Marx-Allee. Sehr hell und sonnig. Im Schlaf-und Wohnzimmer fast bodentiefe Fenster, die man vollständig öffnen kann. So ist es immer luftig und die Sonne kann rein. Corona Situation: Ich plane vom 13.01. bis zum 22.02. nach Spanien zu fahren und will mein Apartment während dieser Zeit vermieten. Wenn die Corona-Regelungen nun verhindern, dass ich ggf. nicht ausreisen darf, oder auch der Mieter nicht einreisen, würde ich gerne vertraglich vereinbaren, dass wir uns vom Vertrag zurückziehen können, ohne das Kosten entstehen.
