The apartment also has a balcony, a separate kitchen and a bathroom with a shower.
The apartment has its own storage room of about 5 m2 on the same floor, which can be used as a pantry or for bicycles.
There is also a private parking space (!) in the inner courtyard of the building.
The apartment is equipped with Smart TV and W-LAN! In addition to a dishwasher, a washing machine is also available (if required).

Position:
The tram to Mainz City or the main train station is only a 1minute walk away. You reach the city in about 10 minutes. It is 3 km to the university.
There are restaurants and supermarkets close to you your home.
Despite the city location, the area is very quiet and in recent years the area has been greatly upgraded with renovated, beautiful residential units and opportunities for walking.
. There is also a wildlife park in the area, as well as other running and jogging opportunities.

Lage:
Nur 1 Minute zu Fuß ist die Straßenbahn nach Mainz City bzw. Hauptbahnhof zu erreichen. Man ist in ca. 10 Minuten in der Stadt. Zur Uni sind es 3 KM.
In unmittelbarer Nachbarschaft gibt es Restaurants und Supermärkte.
Trotz Stadtlage ist die Gegend sehr ruhig und in den letzten Jahren wurde die Gegend mit renovierten, schönen Wohneinheiten und Spaziermöglichkeiten sehr aufgewertet.
P.s. In der Umgebung befindet sich auch ein Wildpark sowie weitere Lauf- und Joggingmöglichkeiten.
