2 rooms apartment of 115 m² in Berlin

English: Sharing here my gorgeous flat and artist studio, that I will sublet for 5 weeks (flexible). The space is a bright 100+qm two-floor unique loft in the center of Berlin. Very quiet and still right in the center of Berlin, 2 mn walk from August Strasse (Berlin Art gallery street), 9mn cab from from Central Station / 10 min walk from Museum Island. It's on the top floor, one big bedroom, one very large living room with open kitchen, one second living room in the mezzanine, bathroom with bathtub. Second room / studio also available. The flat is bright and it has also a south facing balcony. The place is just incredible... most people just fall in love the moment they enter (me included!). It's my own personal space where I create my art, host workshops, podcast interviews and... enjoy life and inspiration. I love hosting friends and loved ones. You will love it too I am sure :) I treat it with immense care and it's fully furnished and equipped with everything you need including bath tub, dishwasher, washing machine, lot of natural light during day time and many designer lights around. Der Raum ist ein helles 100+qm zweistöckiges einzigartiges Loft in der Mitte von Berlin. Sehr ruhig und doch mitten im Zentrum von Berlin, 2 Minuten zu Fuß von der Auguststraße (Berliner Galeriestraße), 9 Minuten mit dem Taxi vom Hauptbahnhof / 10 Minuten zu Fuß von der Museumsinsel. Es ist auf der obersten Etage, ein großes Schlafzimmer, ein sehr großes Wohnzimmer mit offener Küche, ein zweites Wohnzimmer im Mezzanin, Bad mit Badewanne. Zweites Zimmer / Studio auch verfügbar. Die Wohnung ist hell und es hat auch einen Südbalkon. Der Ort ist einfach unglaublich... die meisten Leute verlieben sich in dem Moment, in dem sie ihn betreten (mich eingeschlossen!). Es ist mein persönlicher Raum, in dem ich meine Kunst schaffe, Workshops und Podcast-Interviews gebe und... das Leben und die Inspiration genieße. Ich liebe es, Freunde und Bekannte zu empfangen. Du wirst es auch lieben, da bin ich mir sicher :) Ich behandle es mit großer Sorgfalt und es ist voll möbliert und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht, einschließlich Badewanne, Geschirrspüler, Waschmaschine, viel natürliches Licht am Tag und viele Designer-Lampen rundherum.
