English: THE APARTMENT
Our cozy apartment was renovated in 2024 and is located on the top floor of a small apartment building in the beautiful residential area of Wandsbek / Mariental. The apartment has a large living room/bedroom with an open integrated kitchen, an additional room/storage room and a practical bathroom with a window.
THE LIVING ROOM AND BEDROOM
The spacious living room and bedroom are furnished with a comfortable leather sofa including a small side table, a large double bed made up of two single beds, and a cozy carpet. In addition, two practical wardrobes offer you good storage options. A small TV table including a television ensures cozy evenings with exciting films. The cozy apartment is flooded with lots of light from the windows.
THE GUEST ROOM / OFFICE / STORAGE ROOM
The practical additional room can be used as a storage room, as a study or as a guest room. A skylight also creates a pleasant atmosphere in this small room. A single bed without a mattress and a desk with two chairs as well as sufficient space enable versatile use.

THE KITCHEN
In the open kitchen you will find a small dining table that can be extended into a large table. You can comfortably eat your meals or enjoy tea on two comfortable seats. The floor-to-ceiling window gives you a wonderful view of the neighbors' gardens. The practical kitchenette includes a sink, a work surface, a stove and a small mini oven. The refrigerator also has a small freezer compartment. There is generous storage space available in the wall cupboards.
THE BATHROOM
The spacious bathroom has a large skylight, a shower, a toilet and a sink as well as a mirror cabinet. There is also a very large wall mirror available. The bathroom is functionally designed and offers you the usual standard. There is no washing machine in the apartment. You will find various washing centers within a radius of approx. 2 km.

The apartment is located in a small apartment building centrally in Hamburg Marienthal / Wandsbek. It only takes 25 minutes (approx. 8.5 km) to get to the University of Hamburg by bike.

Unser gemütliches Apartment wurde in 2024 renoviert und befindet sich im Dachgeschoss eines kleinen Mehrfamilienhauses im schönen Wohnviertel Wandsbek / Mariental. Das Apartment verfügt über ein großes Wohn-/ Schlafzimmer mit einer offenen integrierten Küche einen Zusatzraum / Abstellraum und einem praktischen Badezimmer mit Fenster.
DAS WOHN- und SCHLAFZIMMER
Das geräumige Wohn- und Schlafzimmer ist mit einem gemütlichen Ledersofa inkl. kleinem Beistelltisch, einem großen Doppelbett, welches aus zwei Einzelbetten zusammengestellt wurde, und einem kuscheligen Teppich ausgestattet. Zudem bieten Ihnen zwei praktische Kleiderschränke gute Lagermöglichkeiten. Ein kleiner TV-Tisch inkl. Fernsehgerät sorgen für gemütliche Abende mit spanenden Filmen. Über die Fenster wird das gemütliche Apartment mit viel Licht geflutet.
DER GÄSTERRAUM / BÜRO / ABSTELLRAUM
Der praktische Zusatzraum kann als Abstellraum, als Arbeitszimmer oder als Gästezimmer verwendet werden. Ein Dachflächenfenster sorgt auch in diesem kleinen Zimmer für eine angenehme Atmosphäre. Ein Einzelbett ohne Matratze und ein Schreibtisch mit zwei Stühlen sowie ausreichend Flächen ermöglichen eine vielseitige Nutzung.

DIE KÜCHE
In der offenen Küche finden Sie einen kleinen Esstisch, der sich zu einem großen Tisch ausziehen lässt. Auf zwei gemütlichen Sitzgelegenheiten können Sie bequem Ihre Mahlzeiten einnehmen oder einen Tee genießen. Über das Bodentiefe Fenster haben Sie einen herrlichen Blick in die Gärten der Nachbarn. Die praktische Küchenzeile beinhaltet eine Spüle, eine Arbeitsfläche, einen Herd und einen kleinen Mini-Backofen. Der Kühlschrank verfügt auch über ein kleines Gefrierfach. In den Wandschränken stehen Ihnen großzügige Lagerfläche zur Verfügung.
DAS BAD
Das geräumige Badezimmer verfügt über ein großes Dachflächenfenster, eine Dusche, ein WC und ein Waschbecken nebst Spiegelschrank. Außerdem steht Ihnen ein sehr großer Wandspiegel zur Verfügung. Das Badezimmer ist funktional gestaltet und bietet Ihnen den gewohnten Standard. Eine Waschmaschine gibt es in der Wohnung nicht. Im Umreis von ca. 2 Km finden Sie diverse Waschcenter.
