English: The apartment is bright and located in the rear of a building, therefore all windows face an internal courtyard and it is particularly quiet. The apartment comes equipped with a washing machine, dishwasher, smart japanese-style toilet with built-in bidet and a rain shower. The apartment was recently renovated to a high-standard. The location of the apartment is particularly special, since it is less than 300m aways from the entrance to the beautiful Rudolph-Wilde-Park. The apartment has several U-Bahn, S-Bahn and bus connections in walking distance, making travelling around Berlin particularly easy. Personal belongings seen in the pictures (such as books) will be removed. All pieces of furniture (wardrobe, bed, sofa, tables) will remain.
