Our apartment is not only quiet and situated in a green area, but it is also easily accessible by all means of transportation. There is a garage available on the property. Alternatively, you can take the subway after a 900-meter walk (U2 station "Schippelsweg"). From there, it takes 26 minutes to reach the main train station.
The apartment features a south-facing balcony. If it gets too sunny, the south-facing windows in the living room and another room can be shaded with external shutters.
A washing machine and dryer are available in the private basement room that belongs to the apartment. There is also enough space for sports equipment, bicycles, suitcases, and so on. The freezer is also located there.
The kitchen is fully equipped, including a dishwasher and a Nespresso machine, and of course, everything you need on a daily basis.

Unsere Wohnung ist nicht nur ruhig und im Grünen gelegen, sie ist auch gleichzeitig gut mit allen Verkehrsmitteln zu erreichen. Eine Garage steht auf dem Grundstück zur Verfügung. Alternativ kann man nach 900m Fußweg in die U-Bahn steigen (U2 Haltestelle "Schippelsweg"). Von dort ist man in 26 Minuten am Hauptbahnhof.
Die Wohnung hat einen nach Süden ausgerichteten Balkon zu bieten. Sollte es einmal zu sonnig sein, dann können die nach Süden gerichteten Fenster des Wohnzimmers und eines weiteren Zimmers mit außenliegenden Rolläden verschattet werden.
Eine Waschmaschine und Trockner gibt es im zur Wohnung gehörenden privaten Kellerraum. Dort ist auch genug Platz für Sportgeräte oder Fahrräder, Koffer und so weiter. Hier befindet sich auch der Gefrierschrank.
Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet, unter anderem mit Geschirrspüler und Nespresso-Maschine, und natürlich allem, was man täglich so braucht.
