The apartment features a south-facing balcony. If it gets too sunny, the south-facing windows in the living room and another room can be shaded with external shutters. A washing machine and dryer are available in the private basement room that belongs to the apartment. There is also enough space for sports equipment, bicycles, suitcases, and so on.
