1 room apartment of 75m² in Berlin

English: We follow the official procedures and comply with all applicable regulations in Berlin. This means that after booking via Wunderflats, you will receive: 1. a sublease agreement in both German and English, and 2. after a short processing period of approximately 2–3 days, the official approval from our property management. Afterwards, you can decide whether a) you would like your name to be added to the doorbell and b) you would like to use these documents to officially register your address in Berlin. If you are already in Berlin, you are of course welcome to view the apartment in person. Alternatively, we also offer a viewing via video call. German: Wir gehen den offiziellen Weg und halten uns an die geltenden Regularien in Berlin. Das bedeutet: Nach der Buchung über Wunderflats erhältst du 1. einen Untermietvertrag in deutscher und englischer Sprache sowie 2. nach einer kurzen Bearbeitungszeit von etwa 2–3 Tagen die offizielle Genehmigung unserer Hausverwaltung. Anschließend kannst du selbst entscheiden, ob a) das Namensschild an Klingel und Briefkasten angepasst werden soll und/oder b) du mithilfe dieser Unterlagen eine offizielle Anmeldung in Berlin vornehmen möchtest. Falls du bereits in Berlin bist, kannst du dir die Wohnung selbstverständlich gerne persönlich anschauen. Alternativ bieten wir auch eine Besichtigung per Videotelefonie an.
