English: It is a very bright apartment, with access to the large balcony from the living room and the kitchen. Balcony is south-east facing and very quiet (inner courtyard). I am looking for a very quiet and tidy person (max. 2 pers.), no parties etc., non-smoking apartment!
German: Es handelt sich um eine sehr helle Wohnung, mit Zugang zum großen Balkon vom Wohnzimmer und der Küche aus. Balkon ist Richtung Süd-Ost und sehr ruhig (Innenhof). Ich suche eine sehr ruhige und ordentliche Person (max. 2 Pers.), keine Parties etc., Nichtraucherwohnung!
