We are looking for a subtenant for our studio loft at the Clouth 104 area in Nippes from now until 01 July 2026. The loft is 120 sqm in total and consists of one open room plus a bathroom, a small balcony section, and a rooftop terrace. It’s perfect for photo shoots, filming social media content, or simply as a spacious and cozy apartment. The rent already includes all costs such as internet, electricity, heating, etc. You practically don’t need to bring anything except your clothes, because the loft is fully furnished, including a TV (you can also use our Netflix & Disney :D) and a Sonos sound system. The spacious kitchen—including dishwasher and portafilter espresso machine—was specially designed for the studio and only installed a few months ago, so all the appliances are still brand new :) Since the studio is a residential atelier, your neighbors are mainly creative and film studios. The surroundings are very quiet, and the loft is well insulated. In winter you hardly need to turn on the heating, as warm water runs through a concrete core heating system, which keeps the room temperature pleasantly warm at all times.
