3 rooms apartment of 100m² in Hamburg

We are planning a longer trip - and offer our beautiful, fully furnished 4 room apartment (3 of which are rented - approx. 100 sqm in total) in Hamburg St. Pauli for interim rent. On request we can also offer 2 additional offices (43 sqm in total) in the neighborhood (150m distance to the apartment). Parking for 20 days within one month for 60€ possible. Possible period: at least 4, maximum 6-8 weeks in January/February 2025. We are still flexible regarding the exact dates - so please For rent: Living room with open, fully equipped kitchen, bedroom, large and small bathroom and one of the children's rooms (we will store our personal belongings in the second one). A family with a child is therefore very welcome - also in the house community (a total of 5 families with large and small children). The apartment is located in a new building (2014) and is equipped with herringbone parquet flooring. The apartment is located in the quieter, family-friendly part of St. Pauli - north of the Reeperbahn and harbor, close to Sternschanze and the Karoviertel. Shopping facilities, restaurants, buses, trains, playgrounds and parks are practically on the doorstep. The city center, Altona/Ottensen, Eimsbüttel/Eppendorf and also the Elbe beach can be reached quickly by bike. The rent is €2800/month plus deposit and includes all utilities (incl. WiFi) as well as weekly cleaning by our domestic help. In addition to all the usual TV programs via Magenta TV (in HD), Netflix, Amazon Prime, Disney+ and RTL+ can also be used. Sonos music boxes are also distributed throughout the apartment.
