It’s quietly located yet perfectly connected – only 8 minutes to Prenzlauer Berg and 18 minutes to Alexanderplatz (tram stop right next to the building). The apartment (built in 2001) offers: - A living/studio room with a large new sofa bed, TV & home cinema system - A cleverly designed bedroom area with an integrated double bed – almost invisible during the day and cozy at night (see photos) - Balcony and sunny roof terrace, fully equipped kitchen, and spacious modern bathroom - Underfloor heating, indoor & outdoor blinds, home-office corner, high-speed internet - Two comfortable sleeping options, bright and quiet – ideal for one or two people staying in Berlin for work or study. Fixed-term rental 3 to 7 months (Jan 2025–July 2026) with official registration and name on doorbell possible. No additional services (pure apartment rental). Reason for fixed term: We regularly use the apartment ourselves and will return in August 2026.
