English: The apartment was just completed in May and the entire interior is new. The apartment is situated in a quiet courtyard - at 4.30 . alone the birds begin to chirp. The terrace is sunny from approx. 13 until sunset in summer at 22 o'clock. The location is absolutely central. In front of the door is the underground station "Schönhauser Allee". There are certainly more than 50 restaurants within a radius of 500 m to choose from. Those who prefer a particularly beautiful environment with upscale restaurants will find this within ten minutes walking distance around Kolwitzplatz and Wasserturmplatz. The Mauerpark is also only a 5-minute walk away. In 20 minutes you are also in front of the Museum Island or the Hackesche Höfe. Sicher mehr als 50 Restaurants stehen im Umkreis von 500 m zur Auswahl. Wer ein besonders schönes Umfeld mit gehobeneren Restaurants bevorzugt findet dies in zehn Minuten Laufentfernung um den Kolwitz- und den Wasserturmplatz. Der Mauerpark ist ebenso nur 5 Gehminuten entfernt. In 20 min steht man ebenso vor der Museumsinsel oder den Hackeschen Höfen.
