The flat is located perfectly next to an M1 stop and in 10-15 min you are in Mitte! The terrace wraps around 180° around the flat and is aouth face so you’ll have sun all day and a nice view on the Tv-tower☺️ Amazing neighborhood super calm and almost gated. My room would suit one person or also perfectly for a couple!
