3 rooms apartment of 48 m² in Titisee-Neustadt

The quietly situated, original Black Forest house was built in 1929 and has been in operation for decades. It is only a two-minute walk from the lake and the town centre. The house has been largely renovated and refurbished in (new electrics, new bathrooms, new floors, new doors, new beds etc), but as far as possible, visually in its original condition and the furnishings have been preserved or restored in the style of the 70-80 years. The apartment has 2 bedrooms and a living room-kitchen with a small ball (south) to the garden. The bathroom of the apartment is in the hall opposite. Our guesthouse is located right next to the "Kurhaus" with tourist information, the spa gardens with direct access to the lake are nearby. The shops are open every day except for a few weeks a year. If you are looking for complete peace and quiet, you can be in the forest in 5 minutes. The train station "Titisee" with connection to many main traffic routes is located about 5-10 minutes by foot from our house.
