English: I offer my beautiful bright apartment in the Samariterkiez for sublet from 01st November 2024 to 28th February 2025. The apartment is fully furnished, with kitchen, bathroom, bedroom that also serves as study and living room.
Equipment
The kitchen is fully equipped with spacious refrigerator and freezer, dishwasher, gas stove, dishes and cooking utensils.
The bathroom has a bathtub and a shower, toilet and sink as well as washing machine and dryer.
There are two desks in the bedroom, one of them optimal equipped for home office. There is a dining table with four chairs in the living room, as well as a large couch and armchairs.
The apartment also has a balcony which gets plenty of sun.
Location
The apartment is located in the Samariterkiez, beautiful, family-friendly neighborhood with many cafes, restaurants and bars. The apartment is located between S/U Frankfurter Allee and U Samariterstraße, so you have direct access to the U5 and the Ringbahn. Both are about 3-5 minutes walk away. BioCompany, Edeka, DM and RingCenter are also all within a maximum of 5 minutes walk.
Pets
I have a dog therefore the apartment is not suitable for people with a pet hair allergy. In principle, I would allow dogs, but depends how well he/she is trained.

German: Ich biete meine wunderschöne helle Altbauwohnung im Samariterkiez zur Zwischenmiete vom 01. November 2024 bis 28. Februar 2025 an. Die Wohnung ist möbliert, mit Küche und Bad. Es gibt eine Küche, Badezimmer, Schlaf- /Arbeitszimmer und ein Wohnzimmer.
Ausstattung
Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet mit geräumigem Kühl-und Gefrierfach, Spülmaschine, Gasherd, Geschirr und Kochutensilien.
Das Bad hat eine Badewanne und eine Dusche, WC und Waschbecken sowie Waschmaschine und Trockner.
Im Schlafzimmer gibt es zwei Schreibtische, einer davon ist optimal für Homeoffice eingerichtet. Im Wohnzimmer gibt es noch einen Esstisch mit vier Stühlen. Es gibt einen Balkon auf dem wunderbar die Sonne genossen werden kann.
Lage
Die Wohnung liegt im Samariterkiez, schöner, familien-freundlicher Kiez mit vielen Cafes, Restaurants und Bars. Die Wohnung liegt zwischen S/U Frankfurter Allee und U Samariterstraße, man hat also direkte Anbindung an die U5 und an die Ringbahn. Beides ist ca. 3-5 Minuten Fußweg entfernt. BioCompany, Edeka, DM und RingCenter sind auch alle in maximal 5 Minuten Fußweg zu erreichen.
Haustiere
Ich habe einen Hund daher ist die Wohnung nicht für Tierhaar Allergiker geeignet. Grundsätzlich würde ich Hunde für die Zwischenmiete erlauben, kommt allerdings an wie gut er/sie erzogen ist.
