I offer my beautiful bright apartment in Samariterkiez for rent from 01st May to 15th December 2025. The apartment is fully furnished, with kitchen, bathroom, bedroom, study/office and living room. Equipment The kitchen is fully equipped with spacious refrigerator and freezer, dishwasher, gas stove, dishes and cooking utensils. The bathroom has a bathtub with a shower, toilet and sink as well as washing machine and dryer. There is a desk in the office equipped with a monitor for home office. There is a dining table with four chairs in the living room, as well as a couch and armchairs. The apartment also has a balcony which gets plenty of sun. Location The apartment is located in Samariterkiez, beautiful, family-friendly neighborhood with many cafes, restaurants and bars. The apartment is located between S/U Frankfurter Allee and U Samariterstraße, so you have direct access to the U5 and the Ringbahn. Both are about 3-5 minutes walk away. BioCompany, Edeka, DM and RingCenter are also all within a maximum of 5 minutes walk. Pets I have a dog therefore the apartment is not suitable for people with a pet hair allergy.
