English: The apartment is light. There is a balcony oriented into a calm backyard. The apartment is practically equipted and at the same time doesn’t loose certain playfulness. In the house the local people live, so there is a quiet area. There is also free parking place available in front if the house. The supermarket and a bus station is very close to the apartment. A metro station is approximately 10 minutes far by the walk. There is a pleasant social life in the surroundings. German: Die Wohnung ist hell. Es gibt einen Balkon, der in einen ruhigen Hinterhof ausgerichtet ist. Die Wohnung ist praktisch ausgestattet und verliert gleichzeitig nicht die gewisse Verspieltheit. Im Haus leben die Einheimischen, so dass es eine ruhige Gegend gibt. Es gibt auch einen kostenlosen Parkplatz vor dem Haus.
