Three rooms (105 m²) of my lovely 120 m² Altbau apartment in Berlin-Charlottenburg are available for sublet. The rental period runs for six months – from December 1, 2025, to May 31, 2026 – as I will be abroad during that time. One room will remain closed; all other rooms are available for use. The apartment has a spacious living room (including a sofa bed), a bedroom (with a king-size bed), a smaller dressing room/office, a kitchen, a bathroom, a guest toilet, and two balconies. The apartment has been lived in for many years and is lovingly furnished – a place that truly feels like home. It’s located directly above a supermarket (Penny) and a BioCompany, with Charlottenburg Palace Park just a three-minute walk away.
