Sie befindet sich im Erdgeschoss eines typischen Berliner Altbau-Hauses. In beiden Zimmern der stilvoll dekorierten Wohnung gibt es Stuckverzierungen aus der Gründerzeit, die Bilder an der Wand sind Originale von in Berlin tätigen Künstlern, Maler Simon Findlay und Fotograf Thilo Seibt. Im gemütlichen Wohn- und Essbereich befinden sich ein bequemes Sofa, ein Smart TV, ein Sideboard, ein Esstisch sowie der Tresen, der den Wohnbereich von der Küche abgrenzt. Letztere ist komplett ausgestattet mit Gasherd, Backofen, Kühlschrank inkl. Gefrierfach und einer Kaffeemaschine. Alle Utensilien für den täglichen Gebrauch sind ebenfalls vorhanden. It is located on the ground floor of a typical Berlin “Altbau” building. Both rooms in the tastefully decorated apartment have stucco-decorated ceilings and the pictures on the walls are original artworks by Berlin-based artists, painter Simon Findlay and photographer Thilo Seibt. The cozy living and eating area contain a comfortable couch, a smart TV, a sideboard, a dining table as well as the counter which separates the living area from the kitchen. The latter is fully equipped with a gas stove, oven, a fridge with a freezer compartment, as well as a coffee maker. Kitchen utensils for daily use are also available.
