English: We are renting out our apartment in central Berlin. It is in Ackerstrasse, one of the best locations in the city. The apartment was just renovated with new floors, kitchen, furniture and freshly painted. It is in traditional Altbau style with period features and high ceilings. It has one bedroom, a spacious main living room, a brand new kitchen and a bathroom with washing machine. The apartment is on the second floor of a beautiful historical building on a quiet but very central street. One of the best supermarkets in the city is opposite the apartment and excellent restaurants, cafe and bars are within 2 minutes walk. The ubahn and tram are also within 5 minutes walk (and S-bahn at Nordbahnhof is around 10 minutes walk away). We adore the location and the apartment is bright, airy and very comfortable for a single visitor or couple. Let us know if you have further questions. German: Wir vermieten unsere Wohnung im Zentrum Berlins. Sie befindet sich in der Ackerstraße, einer der besten Lagen in der Stadt. Die Wohnung wurde gerade renoviert mit neuen Böden, Küche, Möbel und frisch gestrichen. Sie ist im traditionellen Altbaustil mit historischen Elementen und hohen Decken eingerichtet. Sie hat ein Schlafzimmer, ein geräumiges Wohnzimmer, eine brandneue Küche und ein Badezimmer mit Waschmaschine. Die Wohnung befindet sich im zweiten Stock eines schönen historischen Gebäudes in einer ruhigen, aber sehr zentralen Straße. Einer der besten Supermärkte der Stadt befindet sich gegenüber der Wohnung und ausgezeichnete Restaurants, Cafés und Bars sind in 2 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Die U-Bahn und die Straßenbahn sind ebenfalls in 5 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen (und die S-Bahn am Nordbahnhof ist etwa 10 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt).
