We are subletting our beloved old building apartment in Agnesviertel for a minimum of 7 months from January 2027, as a temporary, furnished sublet, because we are moving abroad for professional reasons. IMPORTANT POINTS IN ADVANCE: - Not suitable for a shared flat & no students - Temporary sublet - Furnished only - Non-smoker - No pets THE APARTMENT Since it is a temporary sublet, all larger furniture pieces will remain in the apartment, including: IKEA Pax wardrobes, couch, dining table, box spring bed, chandelier, various cabinets and chests of drawers, as well as a fitted kitchen including electrical appliances & other basic furnishings. (Children's furniture/equipment we will take with us) It is a 5-room apartment: bathroom with natural light, guest toilet, kitchen, living room, 2 bedrooms, 2 additional rooms (currently office & children's room), balcony The rent includes electricity and Wi-Fi. HOUSE & NEIGHBORHOOD We have lived here for 6 years – as have the two other tenant parties (each families with two children). The atmosphere in the house is familial, warm & respectful. The landlords also live in the house, which ensures a well-maintained and trusting coexistence.
