3 rooms apartment of 150m² in Berlin

The apartment is a very bright and beautiful duplex. On the lower level, there are the bedroom, living room, kitchen, and bathroom. All rooms are very spacious. On the upper floor, there is another bedroom and an open area that can be used either as an anteroom or as an additional sleeping area. I am renting out the apartment for 3-4 months starting at the beginning of October. There is a possibility of extension if I do not move back into the apartment.
