2 rooms apartment of 150m² in Berlin

English: The apartment is a very bright and beautiful duplex. On the lower level, there are the bedroom, living room, kitchen, and bathroom. All rooms are very spacious. On the upper floor, there is another bedroom and an open area that can be used either as an anteroom or as an additional sleeping area. I am renting out the apartment for 3-4 months starting at the beginning of October. There is a possibility of extension if I do not move back into the apartment. In any case, the 3-4 months offer a good opportunity to get settled in the area. German: Die Wohnung ab ist eine sehr helle und schöne Maisonette Wohnung. So oder so bieten die 3-4 Monate eine gute Möglichkeit in der Gegend Fuß zu fassen.
