The place is completely equipped with floorboards (except the bathroom) WLAN and broadcasting fee included TV firestick - to receive programs via personal accounts such as Netflix/Amazon etc. Non smoking apartment. (only allowed on the balcony) Animals are not allowed in the flat. The apartment is perfect for one person max for two people if they are a couple (only one bed available).The apartment is not suitable for living with children. (not child friendly furnished) No tenant change within the rental period – if necessary this needs to be discussed between the contractual parties. Rental period: min. 3 month – max 1 year Viewing the appartment in advance is possible. The area is a quiet and safe residential area. Perfekt for Vivantes hospital employees - Vivantes Prevention Center within walking distance Parking is possible without a parking permit. S-Bahn station and several bus lines nearby.
