The apartment is perfect for one person max for two people if they are a couple (only one bed available).The apartment is not suitable for living with children. Rental period: min. 3 month – max 1 year Viewing the appartment in advance is possible. The area is a quiet and safe residential area. Perfekt for Vivantes hospital employees - Vivantes Prevention Center within walking distance Parking is possible without a parking permit. S-Bahn station and several bus lines nearby.
