We rent our light-flooded, beautiful, modern & large 3-room apartment (approx 120sqm, furnished), which is located in a two-story 6-part building (new construction) in the heart of Wellingsbüttel. There is also an elevator, which conveniently facilitates access to the underground parking.

The apartment consists of

- a large living room with dining table, chairs and Linteloo design sofa as well as some nice side-boards from the "laundry" and design lamps;

- two bedrooms (one with double bed and one with single bed) Both beds are from Alnatura as well as the mattresses also;

- two large bathrooms (one with shower, one with bathtub+2 sinks+bidet).

The apartment is located on the first floor and has a terrace overlooking an aesthetically designed larger pond, surrounded by beautiful trees and plants.

The entire apartment is equipped with oak parquet flooring and floor heating, where there is also a fitted kitchen with modern appliances. The parking place in the underground garage is rented together with the apartment.
LOCATION
The S-Bahn is a few minutes walk from the apartment. It takes only about 15-20 min from Wellingsbüttel to the city center (without changing trains), 35 min directly to Altona and 12 min to the airport.

LAGE
Die S-Bahn ist wenige Minuten zu Fuß von der Wohnung entfernt. Man braucht von Wellingsbüttel aus nur ca 15-20 Min bis in die Innenstadt (ohne umsteigen), 35 Min direkt nach Altona und 12 Min zum Flughafen.
