Hello everyone,
I would like to make my beautiful apartment in Berlin-Mitte available temporarily from soon. The apartment is fully furnished and leaves almost nothing to be desired. The washing machine, dishwasher and stove with ceramic hob are as good as new (installed just a few weeks ago).
I would cover the costs of internet use (via LAN & WiFi). Use of all devices is included in the total rent.
The apartment is in the courtyard, and is therefore isolated from the usual noises of the trendy and lively Turmstrasse. The house has recently been extensively renovated. The neighbors are also completely relaxed. So you would live in an oasis of peace and be able to perfectly enjoy all the advantages of the capital city of Berlin. Turmstrasse is ideal for a central (Berlin Central Station and Zoologischer Garten are within easy reach) and very affordable life. Almost everything is within walking distance.

Electricity is extra.
Deposit: EUR 3,000 or by arrangement.

Hallo Zusammen,
hiermit möchte ich ab demnächst meine wunderschöne Wohnung in Berlin-Mitte vorübergehend zur Verfügung stellen. Das Apartment ist komplett eingerichtet und lässt so gut wie keine Wünsche offen. Waschmaschine, Geschirrspüler und Herd mit Ceran-Kochfeld sind neuwertig (erst vor wenigen Wochen eingebaut).
Kosten für Internetnutzung (über LAN & WiFi) würde ich übernehmen. Benutzung aller Geräte ist in der Gesamtmiete inbegriffen.
Die Wohnung befindet sich im Hof, und damit ist sie von den üblichen Geräuschen der angesagten und lebendigen Turmstr. isoliert. Das Haus ist vor Kurzem umfassend saniert worden. Die Nachbarn sind auch vollkommen entspannt. Du würdest also in einer Ruhe-Oase leben und alle Vorteile der Hauptstadt Berlin perfekt genießen können. Die Turmstrasse eignet sich optimal für ein zentrales (Berlin-Hbf. und Zoologischer Garten sind schnell erreichbar) und ein sehr günstiges Leben. Fast alles ist fußläufig zu erreichen.
