This wonderfully spacious and bright ground floor apartment in a historic, recently renovated building is located in a fantastic Kreuzberg neighborhood just down the road from Gleisdreieck Park. The open floorplan, 3.40-meter high ceilings rooms and large factory style windows give the apartment an airy, industrial feel. A large terrace that opens from the living room/kitchen area up to the interior courtyard serves as an outdoor extension of the living space and provides a green-enclosed oasis with a covered seating arrangement and gas grill.
