2 rooms apartment of 60m² in Munich

The apartment is on the 1st floor of an apartment building, is bright and modern. In the bedroom there is an extra-long bed (1.40m x 2.20m) and a large Pax wardrobe, as well as a clothes rail and some open shelves. The living room is equipped with a dining table, desk, and comfortable sofa, as well as a bookshelf. On the balcony there is a table and chairs. The bathroom has a bathtub and underfloor heating, next to it a small storage room with shelves. In the long hallway there is also a shoe cabinet and a chest of drawers. The kitchen is rather small, but everything needed is available, the kitchen equipment is included in the rent. The laundry room is in the basement of the house, washing and drying unfortunately cost extra. The roof terrace, which can be used by all residents of the house, is quite luxurious - with views of the mountains on beautiful days. The apartment is rented furnished, and electricity, GEZ (broadcasting fee), and internet are included (with normal consumption). We will set up a fixed-term (sub)lease agreement, the deposit would be 2 months' rent. We are not looking to profit from it, just not pay double rent - we are abroad and would be happy if someone reliable and nice could enjoy our great apartment during this time. Viewing appointments would still be in June, alternatively we can also arrange a video call if you are not yet in Munich.
