The bright apartment is on the 4th floor, facing south toward the street. The kitchen, bathroom, and bedroom face the quiet courtyard. Two large rooms connected by double doors serve as a living/dining room and an office and have a balcony. The apartment has a working area with 2 desks. Thanks to new windows, it’s still very quiet.
