1 room apartment of 56m² in Berlin

English: I am temporarily subletting my Berlin flat, as I will be living in London for 3 months. The flat is 56m2 and perfect for a couple (you can have it just for yourself as well of course). There's one bedroom and a larger room which combines the kitchen and living area. It has a nice parquet floor and is bright. It's right next to the U7 stop, around the corner from Bergmannstr. and the Marheineke covered market. It's in the inner courtyard, very quiet, 4th floor. The flat is fully functional, you'll be able to use all of the furniture that you see on the pictures. Whatever isn't to your taste could also go in the attic. There is a washing machine and dryer as well as a dishwasher, oven and microwave. I have reliable 50 Mps internet and you can use my desk setup with the screen. There is also a projector and bluetooth speakers in the living room. You are also welcome to use my bike during your stay. Die Wohnung ist 56m2 groß und perfekt für ein Paar geeignet (natürlich können Sie sie auch alleine haben). Es gibt ein Schlafzimmer und einen größeren Raum, der Küche und Wohnbereich kombiniert. Die Wohnung hat einen schönen Parkettboden und ist hell. Die Wohnung liegt direkt neben der U7-Haltestelle, um die Ecke von der Bergmannstr. und der Marheineke-Markthalle. Es ist im Innenhof, sehr ruhig, 4. Stock. Die Wohnung ist voll funktionsfähig, Sie können alle Möbel nutzen, die Sie auf den Bildern sehen. Was nicht Ihrem Geschmack entspricht, könnte auch auf den Dachboden. Es gibt eine Waschmaschine und einen Trockner sowie eine Spülmaschine, einen Backofen und eine Mikrowelle. Ich habe zuverlässiges 50-Mbit-Internet und Sie können mein Schreibtisch-Setup mit dem Bildschirm nutzen. Im Wohnzimmer gibt es auch einen Projektor und Bluetooth-Lautsprecher. Sie können auch gerne mein Fahrrad während Ihres Aufenthalts zu nutzen.
