Obwohl die Wohnung ruhig ist, sind Bars, Geschäfte und Restaurants in ein paar Minuten zu Fuss erreichbar. Auch an die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel ist man ideal angebunden. Der Vertrag ist auf max. 3 Jahre befristet, da ich die Wohnung dann wieder selbst nutzen möchte. Kürzere Verträge sind möglich. Anmeldung ist auch möglich.
