English: We are renting out our beautiful flat as we are going to Italy for six months on business.
The flat is located right next to Viktoria Park on a spacious private property, a former brewery.
The area is very privileged, it is very quiet and you are in 5 minutes in the beautiful Bergmannkiez.
The flat has a spacious bathroom with bathtub and washing machine and dryer, as well as a spacious living and dining area with an open kitchen and an alcove for a double bed. There is also a further room, which can remain a children's room or be used as a bedroom/study if desired.
In this room there is a white electric piano with very good sound.
Both rooms lead onto an approx. 20 m² terrace. Large, beautifully planted terrace.
The kitchen is very well equipped and the cooker runs on gas, which makes cooking a pleasant experience. The entire flat also has underfloor heating.

German: Wir vermieten unsere schöne Wohnung, da wir für ein halbes Jahr beruflich nach Italien ziehen werden.
Die Wohnung liegt unmittelbar neben dem Viktoria Park auf einem verkehrsberuhigten, großzügigen Gelände, einer ehemaligen Brauerei. Die Wohngegend ist sehr privilegiert, sie ist außerordentlich ruhig und man ist 5 Minuten zu Fuß im schönen Bergmann Kiez.
Die Wohnung verfügt über ein geräumiges Badezimmer mit Badewanne und Waschtrockner, sowie über einen großzügigen Wohn und Essbereich mit offener Küche und einer Nische für ein Doppelbett.
Zusätzlich gibt es noch ein weiteres Zimmer, welches auf Wunsch Kinderzimmer bleiben kann oder zum Schlaf/Arbeitszimmer um funktioniert werden kann.
In diesem Zimmer steht ein weißes E Piano mit sehr guten Klang.
Beide Räume führen auf eine große, schön bepflanzt der Terrasse, circa 20 m².
Die gesamte Wohnung verfügt über Fußbodenheizung.
