1 room apartment of 49m² in Berlin

English: A very nice 2-room apartment in the Nordic Quarter of Prenzlauer Berg is currently available. The apartment is located in a quiet area on the ground floor of the side wing and has been completely renovated. Construction is currently being finalized, and the apartment is nearing completion. Therefore, the photos are still incomplete. More pictures will follow. ;) The apartment is fully furnished and offered for a two-month fixed term. A new, fully equipped kitchen has been installed, including a fridge-freezer, dishwasher, and stove. A kettle and coffee machine are also provided. As you can see in the pictures, the bathroom has a walk-in shower. There is a large built-in wardrobe in the hallway. The living room will be furnished with the sofa shown in the pictures and a large dining table. The bed pictured (160cm x 200cm) for the bedroom has been ordered but is not yet in the apartment. Therefore, there is no photo of the bedroom at this time. The rent is a flat rate, which includes all costs for heating, electricity, water, and internet. Registration is, of course, possible. German: Zur Zwischenzeit wird eine sehr schöne 2-Zimmer Wohnung im Nordischen Viertel im Prenzlauer Berg angeboten. Die Wohnung liegt ruhig im Erdgeschoss des Seitenflügels und wurde komplett saniert. Derzeit werden die Bauarbeiten abgeschlossen und die Wohnung ist in der Fertigstellung. Aus diesem Grund ist das Bildmaterial auch noch unvollständig. Es werden aber weitere Bilder folgen;) Die Wohnung wird voll möbliert und für zwei Monate befristet angeboten. Es wurde eine neue Küche eingebaut, die komplett ausgestattet sein wird, mit Kühl-Gefirerkombi, Spülmaschine und Herd. Ebenso ein Wasserkocher und eine Kaffeemaschine. Das Bad verfügt, wie auf den Bilden zu sehen, über eine bodengleiche Dusche. Im Flur ist ein großer Einbauschrank. Das Wohnzimmer wird mit dem auf den Bildern ersichtlichen Sofa sowie einem großen Esstisch ausgestattet sein. Für das Schafzimmer ist das abgebildete Bett mit den Maßen 160cm x 200cm bestellt aber noch nicht in der Wohnung. Deshalb gibt es vom Schlafzimmer bisher noch kein Foto. Es handelt sich um eine Pauschalmiete in der sämtliche Kosten für Heizung, Strom, Wasser und Internet bereits enthalten sind. Eine Anmeldung ist selbstverständlich möglich.
