We rent our cozy, central and furnished terraced house with a living / usable area of 70sqm, which impresses with fireplace and terrace, for up to 3 people. It is particularly suitable for a family with a child. Upon entering the house you come into a small hallway with wardrobe and shoe cabinet. From there you cross a door into the hallway, from which the high-quality kitchen, living room and stairs to the upper floor go. Tiles are laid on the ground floor and basement, laminate on the upper floor. The high-quality kitchen on the right side of the ground floor impresses with its optical high-gloss design, plenty of storage space, an oven and stove with induction hob, dishwasher and a large fridge and freezer combination. In the kitchen are all items for daily needs such as cutlery, crockery, coffee maker, toaster. From the kitchen there is a staircase to the basement, which is only available for partial use. Also Eimsbüttel and the shopping area Tibarg can be reached quickly in half an hour walking distance or a few minutes by bike or car. All daily necessities are in the immediate vicinity, . at Stellinger Hof. There is also a kiosk and bakery and the bus stop of lines 181 and 281 just around the corner.
