English: I am renting out my beautiful, bright old flat (between Kollwitz and Helmholtz) on the fourth floor for the period January to May. The flat has three rooms plus a large, cosy eat-in kitchen. The flat is furnished to a high standard and very well equipped. The bedroom is equipped with a new box spring and the guest and study room now also has a height-adjustable desk. Although the flat is located on a large street, it is very quiet (good windows and bedroom and guest/study facing the very quiet backyard). All costs are included in the rent.
German: Ich vermiete meine wunderschöne, helle Altbauwohnung zwischen Kollwitz- und Helmholtzkiez im vierten Stock für den Zeitraum Januar bis Mai. Die Wohnung hat drei Zimmer plus eine große gemütliche Wohnküche. Die Wohnung ist hochwertig möbliert und sehr gut ausgestattet. Das Schlafzimmer ist mit einem neuen Boxspring ausgestattet und das Gäste- und Arbeitszimmer beinhaltet mittlerweile noch einen höhenverstellbaren Schreibtisch. Obwohl die Wohnung an einer großen Straße liegt, ist es sehr ruhig (gute Fenster und Schlaf- und Gäste-/Arbeitszimmer zum sehr ruhigen Hinterhof). In der Miete ist alles an Kosten enthalten.
