English: The apartment is very quiet, located in the backyard. A large balcony opens up to a beautiful tree. Due to the south-facing orientation of the apartment, all rooms, including the bathroom and kitchen, are very bright. The apartment is very well insulated and offers central heating to keep it cozy and warm. The apartment is fully furnished and equipped with kitchen utensils. The kitchen has a washing machine, dishwasher, electric stove and oven. You can use the living room as a bedroom and the second room as a study with a pull-out couch. Of course, the use can be divided differently if desired. There is an easily accessible, lockable bicycle storage room in the front building. Parties and other noisy activities are not welcome. No smoking, please. Registration is possible. Please German: Die Wohnung liegt sehr ruhig im Hinterhof. Ein großer Balkon öffnet den Blick auf einen schönen Baum. Durch die Südausrichtung der Wohnung sind alle Zimmer inklusive Bad und Küche sehr hell. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut isoliert und bietet über eine Zentralheizung die Möglichkeit, es kuschelig warm zu gestalten. Die Wohnung ist komplett möbliert und mit Küchenutensilien ausgestaltet. In der Küche befinden sich Waschmaschine, Spülmaschine sowie ein Elektroherd, -backofen und Dunstabzugshaube. Ich nutze derzeit das Wohnzimmer als Schlafzimmer, das zweite Zimmer als Arbeitszimmer mit ausziehbarer Couch. Die Nutzung kann natürlich anders aufgeteilt werden, wenn gewünscht. Im Vorderhaus befindet sich ein gut zugänglicher, abschließbarer Fahrradkeller. Parties und sonstige laute Aktivitäten sind unerwünscht. Ebenso bitte keine Rauchenden. Eine Anmeldung ist möglich.
