We rent our fully furnished and equiped apartment for 2 years, while we are staying abroad. The apartment has a large kitchen, a full bath, a guest toilet, a study (which can become a bedroom), a living room with dining table, a children's / teenager's room and a bedroom with workplace. Bicycles can be stored in the basement. The house is located about 5 minutes walk from the S-Bahn station Babelsberg. The expressway is about 2 minutes away by car. All necessary shops and doctors are in the immediate vicinity, as well as a cinema and various bars, restaurants and snack bars. The beautiful Park Babelsberg can be reached in about 15 minutes on foot. We work in Berlin and Potsdam and love living here! The rent includes everything: water, heating, electricity and WiFi. The deposit is Euros. The minimum rental period is 6 months. Slightly shorter periods are negotiable. Smoking is not allowed! Cats and smaller animals are fine. Dogs are negotiable.
