English: The apartment consists of 3 large rooms with a balcony. The windows face the quit side street. The use of the 3rd room can be changed individually. Whether children's room, 2.bedroom, office / home office or dining room you decide. The new white bed from Ikea in the “dining room”, can be used as a couch, sleeping place for 1 person or pulled out for 2 people with a slatted frame and 2 mattresses as a complete bed measuring . The 2. couch, now additionally in the living room, can be die as Couch or pulled out as a „guest couch“ for 1-2 people () and can be moved in another room. I have advertised the apartment for up to 5 people, although 6 people and/or children can also stay. Das neue weiße Bett von Ikea im „Esszimmer“ kann als Couch, Schlafplatz für 1 Person oder ausgezogen für 2 Personen mit Lattenrost und 2 Matratzen als vollständiges Bett mit den Maßen 2m x 1,60m genutzt werden. Die 2.Couch ,jetzt zusätzlich im “Wohnzimmer“, kann als Couch oder als Bett für 1-2 Personen umgeklappt werden () oder in ein anderes Zimmer gestellt werden. Ich habe die Wohnung mit bis zu 5 Personen ausgeschrieben, wobei ggfs auch 6 und oder Kinder mitwohnen können. Top Lage, da in der Nähe der S-Bahnhof Prenzlauer Alle (4min Fußweg zur Ringbahn 41+42…) und U- und S-Bahnhof Schönhauser Allee (5min Fußweg zur U2,Ringbahn), sowie die Straßenbahnhaltestelle Humanplatz sind. Diverse Einkaufsmöglichkeiten fußläufig zu erreichen: Supermärkte ( 3 min), Schönhauser-Allee -Arkaden (diverse Shops, Boutiquen, OpenAir Beach Bar, Fitness Studio, Supermarkt) in 5 min.
