Rent 2 bedroom apartment of 53 m² in Hamburg

English: We rent our lovely, sun-drenched, completely renovated and equipped flat (53sqm) with 2 rooms, balcony and cellar room from 1st July 2024.
The flat is located in the first floor in a quiet apartment building and in a quiet, green neighborhood. The Eilbek canal is about one minute to walk, the Alster lake 20 min. by foot.
You have very good shopping possibilities nearby – besides the “Hamburger Meile” shopping center you’ll find Aldi, Rewe etc. in five minutes walking distance (as well as a fitness center there). To the tram station “Hamburger Straße” it’s less than 10 minutes, to “Dehnheide” roughly the same.
We renovated the whole flat some years ago with love and high quality. The kitchen is completely equipped with induction cooker, oven, microwave oven, dishwasher, fridge-freezer…, the bathroom with bathtub, glass shower partition, washing machine etc. In addition, there is a height-adjustable place for home office work.
The equipment offers everything you could wish and need for living (from TV…dishes, tin opener…up to laundry basket ;-), you can just move in.
We renewed some pieces of furniture, therefore we added some extra photos with the new furniture.
German: Wir vermieten unsere charmante, sonnige und ruhige, komplett ausgestattete 2-Zi-Wohnung (53qm) mit Balkon und Kellerraum Nähe Hamburger Meile ab für mind. 6 Monate.
Die Wohnung ist im 1. OG eines ruhigen Wohnhauses sehr grün und ruhig gelegen, der Eilbekkanal eine Minute zu Fuß entfernt, die Außenalster zu Fuß in 20 Minuten erreichbar.
Üppige Einkaufsmöglichkeiten – neben dem Einkaufszentrum „Hamburger Meile“ sind Aldi / Rewe fünf Minuten entfernt, dort gibt’s auch ein Fitnessstudio. Zur U-Bahn Hamburger Straße sind es keine zehn Minuten, Dehnheide ähnlich.
Wir haben die ganze Wohnung vor wenigen Jahren mit Liebe und sehr hochwertig saniert. Die Einbauküche ist komplett ausgestattet (mit Induktionsherd, Backofen, Mikrowelle, Spülmaschine, Kühl-/ Gefrierschrank), das Bad mit Badewanne / Glas-Duschwand, Waschmaschine etc.
Im Schlafzimmer steht ein höhenverstellbarer Home-Office-Arbeitsplatz zur Verfügung.
Die Möblierung und Ausstattung (von 2017) bietet alles, was man so zum Leben braucht (vom Fernseher über Geschirr und Dosenöffner bis zum Wäschekorb ;-), man kann einfach einziehen.
Einige neue Möbelstücke haben wir ergänzt, z.B. das TV-Rack und den Sofatisch, sie sind in extra Fotos zu sehen.
