This 67sqm maisonette apartment was first occupied in 2015. It is luxuriously refurbished and fully furnished. I use them when I work in Berlin and otherwise like to rent them out to guests. It's easy to feel at home in this great, super-central place! Only the best materials and materials were used. The apartment can be easily reached by bus 200 from Alexanderplatz (Kniprodestrasse / Danziger Strasse) or from the main train station with the M10 tram (Arnswalder Platz).
