Hey Everyone, I’m subletting my beautiful, light-flooded loft in Kreuzberg for February and March, possibly some dates in April. The flat is fully furnished, with a bathtub, two balconies (one spacious, one French balcony style). Fifth floor (no elevator). Beautiful vistas of Kreuzberg, Neuköln, and swatches of the Spree. Close to U1 Schlesisches Tor, ten-minute walk to Warschauer Strasse. The place is beautiful, spacious (85 square meters), and has stayed in my community of scholars and artists when I have been away. Dates are somewhat flexible, and we can discuss rates for different lengths of stay. Basic rent is 1,500 euro a month, which includes rent, building fees, and utilities. Another 45 for the Wifi. Photos attached. I’m biased, but this is really a dream space to settle into Berlin from. Perfect for single resident, couples, or families with a kid (it’s semi-open plan, but easy to make arrangements to separate off separated space).
