Rent 1 bedroom apartment of 32 m² in Constance

English: We rent our chic holiday flat over the winter months to a student, a business traveller, someone who is starting a new job in Constance and needs a base for 6 months in order to find a flat for permanent rent from here in peace.
If the flat is rented to 2 people, there is a small energy surcharge.
Everything you need is there. WLAN, parking, balcony with a view of Constance and the mountains (covered), fully equipped, cosy kitchen, 1.60 metre wide double bed, TV, music tower, iron, ironing board, hoover, great bathroom and the university just around the corner!
For 2 persons the rent increases by 50€
German: Unsere schicke Ferienwohnung vermieten wir über die Wintermonate an eine/n Studenten/Studentin, einen Geschäftsreisenden, jemanden, der in Konstanz beruflich neu beginnt und eine Basis für 6 Monate braucht um von hier aus in Ruhe eine Wohnung zur Dauermiete zu finden.
Sollte die Wohnung an 2 Personen vermietet werden, fällt ein kleiner Energie-Aufpreis an.
Alles was man braucht ist da. WLAN, Parkplatz, Balkon mit Aussicht auf Konstanz und die Berge (überdacht), komplett eingerichtete, schnuckelige Küche, 1,60 Meter breites Doppelbett, TV, Musikturm, Bügeleisen, Bügelbrett, Staubsauger, tolles Badezimmer und die Uni gleich um die Ecke!
Bei 2 Personen erhöht sich die Miete um 50€
