It has a basic, but functional kitchen (only a small oven, but microwave grill and hobs), Fridge with freezer compartment
There is not a washing machine on-site, but there is a launderette a short walk away (8 minutes, 550 meters, according to Google maps)
(WIFI) Internet. There is also a PC for the tenants use
Nollendorfplatz underground station is a short walk away (5 minutes, 450 meters, according to Google maps), with 4 underground lines located there (U, 2, 3 & 4). Or a little further walk in the same street as the apartment is the U7 Underground line (11 minutes, 900 meters, according to Google maps). There are also bus stops a short walk away in two directions from the apartment. (5 minutes, 400 meters, in either direction according to google maps)
Central would have to be a key word to describe this apartment.

Please keep in mind as I don’t take booking for less than 3 months any gaps in between bookings up to 3 months would be a loss for me. Therefore either the price would need to be changed or the booking rejected if the gap is too large. Thank you for your understanding.
