1 room apartment of 65m² in Berlin

English: I am looking for someone who would like to live in my beautiful old apartment from mid-November to mid-February. The apartment has two very spacious rooms (living room and bedroom), a fully equipped kitchen, a large bathroom with a bathtub, and a beautiful balcony. All rooms are very cozy, and the living room has a large L-shaped sofa where you can comfortably watch movies with a projector. The apartment is located on a beautiful street in Neukölln, almost opposite the Neukölln Arcaden, which is very convenient for grocery shopping, going to the gym, going to the pharmacy, etc. The living room faces the street (which is not too busy), and the bedroom is very quiet for sleeping as it is located in the backyard. The apartment's heating is quite good, and it doesn't take too much heating power to warm up the apartment, as it doesn't get too cold in winter. Price: 1200EUR per month Deposit: 600EUR (will be refunded if everything is in order with the apartment!) Only 1 single person or a couple would be considered. Parties are strictly NOT ALLOWED. German: Ich suche jemanden, der von Mitte November bis Mitte Februar in meiner schönen alten Wohnung wohnen möchte. Die Wohnung verfügt über zwei sehr geräumige Zimmer (Wohnzimmer und Schlafzimmer), eine voll ausgestattete Küche, ein großes Badezimmer mit Badewanne und einen schönen Balkon. Alle Zimmer sind sehr gemütlich, und im Wohnzimmer steht ein großes L-förmiges Sofa, auf dem man bequem mit einem Projektor Filme schauen kann. Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer schönen Straße in Neukölln, fast gegenüber den Neukölln Arcaden, was sehr praktisch ist, um Lebensmittel einzukaufen, ins Fitnessstudio zu gehen, zur Apotheke zu gehen usw. Das Wohnzimmer liegt zur Straße hin (die nicht allzu belebt ist), und das Schlafzimmer ist sehr ruhig zum Schlafen, da es zum Hinterhof liegt. Die Heizung der Wohnung ist recht gut und es ist nicht viel Heizleistung erforderlich, um die Wohnung zu erwärmen, da es im Winter nicht zu kalt wird. Preis: 1200 EUR pro Monat Kaution: 600 EUR (wird zurückerstattet, wenn alles mit der Wohnung in Ordnung ist!) Es wird nur eine einzelne Person oder ein Paar in Betracht gezogen. Partys sind strengstens UNTERSAGT.
