Rent 1 bedroom apartment of 35 m² in Berlin

English: This apartment is a newly refurbished self contained single room in the heart of lovely Shonëberg.
It has one room with a king size bed, a lovely modern kitchen and bright shower room
The apartment complex is on private grounds with it’s own car park which operates 5 spaces on a first come first serve basis and charged at 100 Euros monthly.
Clothes washing facilities such as washing machines are shared in the basement but you are able to dry your clothes in your apartment using facilities available.
Iron's can be loaned on request with a 50 euros deposit
We provide a tv for use via wifi connection, however when you register your stay you will be liable to pay a tv licence in Germany, you will be sent an invoice every few months and it must be paid, this amount is non-refundable and is not part of the monthly rent.
Small pets are allowed at the tenants responsibility
You are 5 mins from the closest S Bahn which will connect you to the rest of the city.
Weekly cleaning of the apartment along with fresh bedding and towels are included within the price.
