English: The bright and sunny, south-facing apartment is located on the 3rd floor of an architectural monument that was built as part of the international architecture exhibition Interbau in 1957. It has just been throughly renovated 2 years ago. The ca. 50 sqm feature a combined living-sleeping area, a dressing room, a separate kitchen and a bathroom with bathtub. There is a comfortable double bed in the living-sleeping area, as well as a sofa, a TV and a working desk. The big window offers beautiful views of the lush greenery of the Hansaviertel and the Tiergarten. You can even see the tip of the Gedächtniskirche on the horizon. The kitchen has all the appliances you need to prepare a meal: a fridge, an oven, gas stove, kettle, coffee machine, toaster, pots and pans as well as cutlery. There is also a small washing machine. The dressing room is located on the way from the bed to the new bathroom with bathtub. The bathroom has a window. The entire apartment is very bright due to the many windows in the living area and the kitchen. The apartment is located right on the edge of the Tiergarten, a huge park ideal for a Sunday stroll. The area is really beautiful: on the one hand it is very quiet and green, on the other hand it only takes you 3 minutes to the S-Bahn (or 5 minutes to the U9), 15 minutes to reach the main train station (Hauptbahnhof) or Friedrichstraße. Bellevue castle, the government buildings and the Reichstag are only a few minutes away as well. There is a Rewe supermarket within a few minutes walk. You can walk to the zoo in 10-15 minutes or reach the shops on Ku’damm or the Bikini house in a few minutes more. There are parking spaces on the property and it is usually not a problem to find a space (free of charge). German: Die helle und lichtdurchflutete Wohnung mit Südausrichtung befindet sich im 3. Stock eines Architekturdenkmals der Internationalen Bauausstellung (Interbau) von 1957. Die Wohnung wurde vor 2 Jahren vollständig renoviert. Die ca. 50qm teilen sich auf in einen großen Wohn- und Schlafbereich, ein Ankleidezimmer, eine Küche und ein Bad mit Badewanne. Im Schlaf- und Wohnbereich befindet sich ein 160cm breites Doppelbett, eine komfortable Couch, ein Fernseher und ein Schreibtisch. Das große Fenster bietet einen schönen Ausblick auf das Hansaviertel und den Tiergarten. Am Horizont kann man auch die Spitze der Gedächtniskirche erkennen. In der Küche ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht: ein Kühlschrank, ein Ofen, ein Gasherd, Kaffeemaschine, Wasserkocher, Toaster, Töpfe, Pfannen und Geschirr. Eine kleine Waschmaschine befindet sich ebenfalls in der Küche. Das Ankleidezimmer liegt zwischen Bett und dem neuen Badezimmer mit Badewanne. Das Badezimmer hat ein Fenster. Die gesamte Wohnung ist dank der vielen Fenster im Wohnbereich und der Küche sehr hell. Die Wohnung befindet sich direkt am Rande des Tiergartens. Das Hansaviertel ist einfach traumhaft: einerseits ist es ist ruhig und grün, andererseits ist man in nur 3 Minuten in der S-Bahn (Tiergarten; oder in 5 Minuten in der U9, Hansaplatz) und in 15 Minuten am Hauptbahnhof oder der Friedrichstraße. Das Regierungsviertel ist nur ein paar Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt. Es gibt einen Rewe Supermarkt in nur 5 Minuten Fußweg. Der Zoo ist fußläufig in 10-15 Minuten zu erreichen, der Ku’damm oder das Bikinihaus in ein paar Minuten mehr. Auf dem Grundstück befinden sich auch mehrere Parkplätze und man findet eigentlich immer problemlos einen kostenfreien Stellplatz.
