We're not in Berlin this summer and would like to sublet our beautiful 3-room apartment with a view over the rooftops and the TV tower. Available from April 25th to October 25th, minimum rental period 2 months, rental period flexible. The Apartment Our sunny and bright attic apartment is located on the 4th floor of an older building in the rear building. It consists of an eat-in kitchen with a balcony and a guest bathroom on the lower level. A staircase leads to the upper level with a large bathroom, a utility room with a washing machine, and two bedrooms. The apartment was first rented to us in 2021 and features hardwood floors with underfloor heating in all rooms, many large windows, high ceilings, and partial sloping ceilings, which make the apartment feel significantly larger.
